Working in partnership with USSU (University of Sussex Students' Union) in meetings with Brighton and Hove Bus Company we have managed to secure a student bus ticket for citywide use at £3.

B&H Bus Company are planning on launching the new £3 1 day ticket on mobile phone and scratch card from Monday 8th December. Further details around purchasing scratchcards on campus are to be confirmed.

I am delighted with the outcome of our negotiations as this is an excellent example of using the collective power of students within the city to get the best value for money.
