The President provides a leadership role in engaging and representing the needs of students across the University. They lead the student activities programme; to include sports, societies and entertainments across all campuses and partner colleges. The VP Education is the lead officer for furthering the academic interests of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The VP Welfare is the lead officer for furthering all aspects of student Welfare and Campaigns for all students. They are responsible for the representation of students on issues affecting their welfare as a student. NUS Delegate (3 places)

NUS Delegates attend the National Union of Students conference to represent students from the University of Brighton. They will be responsible for voting on new NUS policy, electing the new NUS President and Vice Presidents as well as holding the current officers to account.
