This workshop is for students who are interested in learning how to improve their confidence and make new friends

Aims:

  • To respond to the needs of students who are having difficulties with confidence and making new friends
  • To provide a safe space that allows for learning, understanding and personal development
  • To support students to develop practical strategies to boost confidence
  • To learn key ways to make new friends as an adult at university

This is a 1.5 hour interactive session led by Qualified Mental Health Practitioners, including group activities, individual reflection activities and guided meditation.
