- To provide a safe space that allows for learning, understanding and personal development
- To support students to develop practical strategies to boost confidence
- To learn key ways to make new friends as an adult at university

This is a 1.5 hour interactive session led by Qualified Mental Health Practitioners, including group activities, individual reflection activities and guided meditation.
