Amnesty International is the world’s largest human rights organisation which campaigns against injustice and inequality across the globe.

The organisation endeavours to protect people in various countries whose situations determine that their individual freedoms, dignity and justice are being denied. Through Amnesty International, unlawful breaches of human rights are exposed, aiming to educate and mobilise the public into making the world a safer and more just place, free from these abuses.

As the Amnesty International Society, we will be aiding Amnesty International in raising awareness and campaigning about current international human rights injustices. We will be organising a variety of events ranging from fundraisers to film screenings, joining international conferences set up by Amnesty, and by taking part in demonstrations, protests and vigils.
