The first step to take before being able to contact your current members is to log-in.

After you've logged in, click the 'cog' at the top right of the screen, and you'll be able to see a list of all organisations you belong to.

Click the organisation you wish to contact the members of.

You will then be taken through to the organisations' admin screens, where, if you have the correct permissions, you will be able to perform lots of different actions. To contact current members, click the 'Messages' tile, pictured below.

You will then be taken through to the 'Messages' admin screen, where you can send a new email to your contact list, view sent messages, and check your society or club inbox.

To send a new email to your current members, click the 'Send email' link.

You will then be taken through to the 'Send Email' screen where you are able to add email information, pictured below.

Ensure you have inputted a subject and message text, then to choose who the email is sent to, click the 'To' link.

After clicking the 'To' link, a screen similar to below will appear, with two main lists available to be selected, an 'All Members' list and a 'All Exec Members list', referring to your committee executive members. Alternatively, each individual member of your society or sports club is available to be selected one by one.

After you've selected the list or individuals you want to send your message out to, click the 'Add Recipient' button, located at the bottom of the page.

You will be returned to the 'Send Email' page, where you can now send the email out.

Before clicking the 'Send' button, you have the option of sending a preview by clicking the 'Send preview' button at the bottom of the page.
