Assistant Venue Manager x 2 (2 positions)

Circa £24,000 ( £12,74 per hour)


Full time position - 37.00 hours per week

Brighton Students’ Union (BSU) is an independent, vibrant charity which is run by students for students.? Our mission is ‘Making?Student Life Better'? for all students studying at the University of Brighton, which we do through the provision of excellent services, facilities, support, representation and events.? 

The Opportunity
We are currently going through a really exciting period with our amazing new bar due to open in the next couple of months and are looking for 2 extremely enthusiastic individuals to support our Venue Manager develop and implement the operations of the new venue. 

The roles are being offered on a permanent full-time basis, which will include evening and weekend shifts, and you will be involved in ensuring that we offer optimal quality products, services and entertainment, whilst providing exceptional value for money to our students.

You will be based in the new bar which is located on the Moulsecoomb campus at the heart of the University of Brighton’s new Big Build Development, with travel to other campus locations to provide management cover as and when required.
