Complaints Procedure

We understand that on occasion you may wish to complain about the activities or services that Brighton Students' Union provide. We want to make sure that you can do this in as simple and effective a manner as possible.

We will treat anyone that complains with courtesy and respect, and every effort will be made to resolve the complaint as efficiently as possible.
