Mental Health Rapid Response Service – 0300 304 0078. MHRRS provide an urgent response service to the people of Brighton & Hove when they feel they are in a mental health crisis and are at immediate risk of harming themselves or others. Sussex Mental Healthline – Call NHS 111, option 2, or call 0800 0309 500. This is a free 24 hour telephone support and information service for anyone experiencing mental health problems, or for people caring for those with mental health problems.
