We support students to lead many different societies - you can find them all here.
If you can't find one you like? Why not create your own! To start up a society you need 2 committee members, A President and A Vice President Finance. You can add more committee members such as VP Social Media, VP Welfare, up to a maximum of 5 committee members. We will then ask you to gain at least 5 society members in the first 3 months of starting to continue running as a BSU Society.
Here are some tips on how to get started:
1) Think about your aims and objectives
2) Make sure there aren't any societies already providing something similar - Check for Duplicates here
3) Get your committee together, you'll need a President and a VP Finance.
4) Choose a simple name for your society so students know what you do.
Then you're ready to fill in the Start a Society Form below:
