Whether you're a student looking to host a meeting or event, or a member of one of our vibrant student societies or sports clubs, we have a range of fantastic spaces available for you to book on any of our campuses. Booking a space is quick and easy using the form below.
Spaces available for booking:
The Venue - Moulsecoomb Campus: The ultimate choice for big events, The Venue provides a spacious setting with a bar, TVs with sports, and music options. Ideal for hosting quiz nights, live music, DJ events, and performances.
The Venue, Beavertown Room - Moulsecoomb Campus: A versatile side room in The Venue, perfect for gatherings to watch sports, enjoy movie nights, or hold society and sports club meetings.
The Venue, The Snug Room - Moulsecoomb Campus: A small meeting room designed for intimate group discussions or smaller gatherings.
The Common Room, Ringmer House - Falmer Campus: The Common Room is ideal for film screenings, live music, performances, and sports team socials after Wednesday home games at Falmer Sports Centre!
Eastbourne Meeting Room - Eastbourne Campus: Perfect for small society meetings or as a personal working space for individual projects.
Grand Parade Common Room - City Campus (COMING SOON): Be a part of the creative process as we design this new space to provide a relaxing environment for City Campus students to unwind, eat lunch, hang out, or host small events. If you would like to help develop this space please email helloBSU@brighton.ac.uk and we'll add you to the working group.
To book any of these spaces, simply fill out the form below with your preferred date, time, and purpose of the event, and we'll get back to you promptly to confirm your reservation. Completing this form does not guarentee that you'll get the booking that you have requested however we'll do our best to fit you in and offer alternative dates where nesseasary.
Some events take more planning and preperation than others so please be mindful to give yourself plenty of time to organise your event. If you are having an external speaker or guests we need at least 21 days notice as this will need to be approved by the University in accordance with their external speaker policy.
