Top things to do for University of Brighton students this Halloween!

Halloween is fangtastic time of year, full of celebrations, parties and blood-curdling affairs! We’ve put together a list of great events in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings for you to attend this Halloween!

Scream Park Halloween Pier Party
31st October, 7pm – Brighton Palace Pier

This is the only Official University of Brighton Halloween event! Come along to our Scream Park Halloween Pier Party for a spooktacular night of free unlimited rides, live scare actors and spooky fairground stalls. You’ll also have access to 4 after parties in some of Brighton’s best clubs.

This event is open to Eastbourne and Hastings students as well, and we’ll be providing paid coach travel to Brighton!

If you’re an Eastbourne student, you can book onto the coach here. If you’re in Hastings, please head to the SU Office to see Bruno, buy your tickets and get booked onto the Hastings coach ??

The Ghost Walk of the Lanes

Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7.30pm - The Druids Head

This Ghost Walk is infamous in Brighton, meet master storyteller Rob Marks at The Druids Head in Brighton Place for a haunting tour of the lanes!

27th October, 9pm-3am – Stanmer House

Spend your Sunday in the boo-tiful Stanmer House, near to Falmer campus. This event is set to be awfully frightful, based upon real Victorian events, live actors and artists have created an immersive guided tour through the mansion in the woods.

Halloween Fright Flights

31st October, 6.30pm and 7.30pm – British Airways i360

Before you arrive at the Scream Park Pier Party, take a fright flight on the i360 for this unique experience, actors from the infamous Ghost Walk will be taking over the landmark for a bone-chilling evening!

Hallowclean – Silent Disco Beach Clean

October 28th, 11am-2pm – British Airways i360

Spend your Halloween giving back and join in on this Hallowclean, Silent Disco Beach Clean! You’ll have a great time with three music channels, a trick or treat trash converter, hot drinks and prizes!

Zombie Walk – Eastbourne Town Centre

27th October, 1pm – The Crown and Anchor Pub

Let your inner zombie out in Eastbourne at the infamous zombie walk. Meet at 1pm at The Crown and Anchor for a supernatural zombie walk, accompanied by Stix Drummers!

Pryzm’s Halloween Special 2018

27th October, 10pm-4am – Pryzm Brighton

Boogie on down to Pryzm on the 27th for the Halloween Special, a twist on their classic Playground night. We hope you like a mystery as they’ve simply said to prepare for the unexpected!

Embassy’s Saw Halloween Special

27th October, 10pm-4am – Embassy Eastbourne

If you’re in Eastbourne on the 27th, pop down to Embassy’s Saw Halloween special – witness your favourite club being turned into a House of Horror in this gruesome homage to Saw!

Please note that fancy dress is compulsory and you will not be allowed entry without it!

Hallowe’en – The Hallowedding

27th October, 9pm – The Brass Monkey

If you’re in Hastings, head to The Brass Monkey for their Hallowedding event. You’ve been cordially summoned by Count Dracula and his Bride to attend their very special wedding.

Role Playing Games Society – Halloween Meet Up

31st October, 3-8pm – Mithras House G3, G5 and G6

Costumes are encouraged at the Role Playing Games Society’s Halloween Meet Up, this is your chance to get to know them better if you haven’t already joined – or hang out with friends if you have!
