Easter is here! It’s a time to see loved ones, eat chocolate and get as much uni work done as possible ??
It’s important to take breaks and make sure you’re spending time away from the library – so we’ve put together a list of things you can do in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings over the Easter break if you’re staying in East Sussex.
BRIGHTON

Head straight to the beach!
The days are getting longer, the weather is getting better and the seagulls are getting excited for loads of pesky chip-nabbing. Use this time to head down to the beach and de-stress, but remember to take an extra layer as it’s not summer yet!
Be a tourist
Do you find that you only visit Brighton Pier when you’ve got eager friends and family members visiting for the weekend? Us too!
Spend a tourist day in the city: visit the Pier, go to the Pavilion – check out the Toy Museum! You’ll see Brighton in a totally different light. AND if you’re yet to go up the i360, they have brilliant student discounts that you can find out more about here.

Cycle to Rottingdean
If we do get this 3 month heatwave, grab a BTN Bike and ride along the coast to Rottingdean. This is a beautiful cycle route, along the seafront – perfect in great weather.

Krater Comedy Club @ Komedia
Fancy staying indoors instead? Komedia have a fantastic deal for students at their Krater Comedy Club every Sunday. Get a ticket for the show for just £5 here.

Check out Boulder Brighton
Use this time to try something new and head to Boulder Brighton. An active lifestyle is also incredibly beneficial for our wellbeing, so it’s a great activity to choose to take a break from studying.
