Healthy body ∞ Healthy Mind 

  • Sport Brighton are bringing yoga to you this Fresher's period... putting on 4x yoga sessions over the two week's (1x per campus!) 
  • These sessions will be run by a qualified instructor, so whether you are trying yoga for the first time or you're a seasoned veteran, this is an inclusive space for everyone to get invovled!
