Location: Cockcroft 201, Moulsecoomb

TELL ME MORE!

A FREE film showing of Shutter Island, a film that raises awareness of mental health!

Brighton SU RAG (Raise & Give) are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a film showing on the Moulsecoomb Campus, on Monday 14th May to fundraise money for Mind, the local Mental Health Charity.

Shutter Island is a psychological mystery thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Teddy, a U.S. Marshal assigned to investigate a psychiatric institution after a patient disappears. The film starts out as a drama and eventually undergoes plenty of twists and turns that showcase how tough life could be for people with mental illness in the 1950s.

The film showing is completely free to come and watch, but you are more than welcome to offer a donation as all profits will be donated to Mind. More information about what Mind do can be found here

If you would like to help volunteer for the film showing, please either email bsurag@brighton.ac.uk or pop us a message on Facebook or Twitter; @BrightonSURAG

Thank you in advance for everyone's support!
