How would you work with Course Representatives to improve academic experience at course level? 

- I will collaborate closely with Course Reps, fostering open communication channels and ensuring their voices are heard.

- Establishing regular meetings with Course Reps to understand specific issues and gather insights on academic experiences.

- Providing training and resources to empower Course Reps in effectively addressing concerns and advocating for improvements.

- Developing a structured feedback system that allows Course Reps to share student opinions, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of the challenges.

- Creating a supportive environment for Course Reps to express concerns, ideas, and feedback without fear of reprisal.

- Implementing a transparent communication strategy to keep Course Reps informed about institutional changes and policies affecting academic experiences.

- Recognising and celebrating the achievements and efforts of Course Reps in enhancing academic quality.

What skills or expertise do you have that would make you suitable for the role?

-As a passionate educational activist, I've championed education equity in parliamentary discussions, engaging with Education Ministers. My public speaking experience, including keynotes, ensures effective communication skills.

- A member of a youth steering group influencing policy, I bring strategic planning& analytical skills. Advocating for education equity demonstrates my ability to analyse and address systemic issues comprehensively.

- With a track record of influencing policymakers, I've advocated for equitable education. This reflects my persuasive abilities& the potential to advocate for academic quality& student welfare effectively.

- Through steering policy discussions& activism, I've honed proactive problem-solving skills essential for tackling challenges faced by students.
