Your chance to compete in the beautiful game! The university fields 6 teams (men’s 4, women’s 2) and has a strong reputation in the national university sporting scene. Weekly training and matches are available. For those looking for a more recreational fixture the university has an internal football competition run through Parklife. As well as football teams the university also has two men's Futsal team. See their page for details.

The Eastbourne campus hosts two men's teams who compete in the BUCS football leagues on Wednesday afternoons. We have weekly coached sessions.

STUDENT CLUB | DETAILS

Locations: Sports Park, Eastbourne

Type: Competitive match play 

Details: Two Eastbourne based University of Brighton men's teams enter the BUCS leagues. Weekly coached training in Eastbourne and home fixtures at Falmer.

STUDENT CLUB | MEMBER CATEGORY

Costs: £70 a year or opt to add gym access for £140. £2.50 match fee per match played.

Silver members access personal injury insurance, agreed BUCS fixture costs, training sessions with a qualified coach and access to strength and conditioning group sessions.

ADDITIONAL PARKLIFE SESSIONS

Locations: Eastbourne Hillbrow Sports Centre

Type: Turn Up and Play; open to all | Leagues

Details: We have turn up and play sessions you can just join in with or you can enter our football leagues. League games take place at weekends.

Cost: £1 a session for turn up and play / league entry fee
